In order to be licensed as a non-franchise Motor Vehicle Dealer in Missouri, you are required to complete an approved 4 hour Pre-Licensing seminar. This class will meet that requirement, and provide you with in-depth information on state and federal rules and regulations. During the course we will teach you the correct and legal way to operate your dealership!
